Organized Grocery Shopping

Organized grocery shopping & meal planning.

Are you spending more time at the grocery store than you would like per week?

Do you often make multiple trips?

Do you tend to over buy therefore wasting food & money?

Lets eliminate these common bad habits by utilizing statistics, meal plans and technology.

1. Statistics . . .

prove the busiest time to grocery shop is after work around 5pm – 6pm and weekend afternoons.

The best time to avoid crowds are evenings 7-10pm while most people are settling down for the day. Give it a shot!

2. Meal Plans

Your crock pot is your best friend. Here is how it works. Utilize Pinterest to identify 4 recipes for the week, don’t worry about Friday, Saturday & Sunday those are left over day, frozen pizza day and restaurant day.

3. Technology

Here’s the secret; open the fridge and pantry, highlight items you need to buy. Next, download the publix app on your phone. Create a Publix account using your email address & pick your store (using zip code). Next, create your shopping list in the app. This app will organize the list based on aisle 1-10 making your trip as quick and efficient as possible. This way you will not waste time looking or money over buying.

Happy Shopping!
